- Identify a person, group of persons, or cause that requires much compassion for you. Learn more about them, engage with that area, and consider spreading compassion in that direction.

It was a wonderful message. I’ve never heard compassion defined as “co-suffering”. It takes you right into the heart of it, into the heart of Jesus.
