This past weekend at Eastbrook, we began a new preaching series entitled “Holy God, Wholly Given: Lent in Leviticus.” My message this week aimed to set up the entire series while also exploring the holiness of God and the way God pursues us. “Jesus, Holy God With Us” drew upon a wide variety of texts but leapt off from Leviticus 1:1-2a: “The LORD called to Moses and spoke to him from the tent of meeting. He said, ‘Speak to the Israelites and say to them…'”
You can find the message outline and video below. You can access the entire series here. Join us for weekend worship in-person or remotely via Eastbrook at Home.
“The LORD called to Moses and spoke to him from the tent of meeting…” (Leviticus 1:1)
“‘The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel’
(which means ‘God with us’).” (Matthew 1:23)
