The God Who Comforts

This weekend at Eastbrook Church, we continued our series entitled “What Is God Like?” In this series, we are looking at aspects of God’s character and nature through the eyes of the prophet Isaiah.

  • The Lord’s tender arms that carry us

The Comfort of God’s Nature (Isaiah 40:12-26)

  • God and idols

The Comfort of God’s Strength (Isaiah 40:27-31)

  • The Lord’s strength and our weakness
  • The Lord’s strength in our weakness
