Saturday Prayer 47

But the Lord has become my fortress, and my God the rock in whom I take refuge. (Psalm 94:22 NIV)

Lord God,
In this world with all sorts of promises
and all sorts of troubles,
I run to You for Your refuge.
There is no other so faithful
and no other so true.
I choose to turn from other ‘hopes’
and other promises of satisfaction
In order to seek my best hope
and satisfaction from You.

Bring rest to my soul
and strength to my body.
You are my God

  1. Need prayer on finding a full time job with health, dental, vision insurance. My goal right now is to pay off my loans from school. I only have a part time job. Right now I’m working as a therapist for autistic children. I have been waiting and appling to many places but still haven’t got the job. I know it’s all about God’s timing too. I have been just getting by. I’m very thankful to have this part time job as a therapist.
