This coming Sunday at Eastbrook Church we begin a new preaching series entitled “Joy Appears.” This series continues our celebration of Christmas through Epiphany. Joy appears with Jesus. The angels announced His birth, saying, “I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people” (Luke 2:10). But sometimes joy elusive. Many of us want to be joyful or feel that we should be joyful, but how do we actually live with joy. In this series we will explore how the appearing of Jesus brings joy and how we can experience joy as a real part of our pursuit of Christ. 

This two-part series is a pause from our extended walk through the Gospel of Matthew, which we will return to in February.
